New Dimensions FCU Has Free Financial Education Program For Employers
According to CNBC.com, 71% of Americans do not feel confident when it comes to managing their personal finances. Along with feeling inadequate, 78% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. In the wake of the world’s recent events, many individuals are starting to take a stronger look at their finances. They are looking for guidance and increased confidence by seeking help and learning how to manage their finances in the event of a crisis. Perhaps your employees feel the same way? If so, we have solutions to help get them back on track!
At New Dimensions, we work to ensure that every individual has the resources needed to live a financially sound lifestyle. Therefore, we developed a free financial education program designed especially for employers to offer to their employees. Our Eat, Learn, and Prosper program is convenient for employers and their employees because we come to your office, virtually, to educate your staff on important topics such as, “How to improve your credit score”, “Budgeting 101”, “Identity theft and how to prevent it from happening to you”, and more. Our virtual workshops are comprehensive, informative, and very interactive. We want your employees to ask all the questions they have on the subject matter provided. Our goal is to provide the kind of financial education that will enable your employees to make educated decisions when it comes to their finances.
If you do not already have an employee wellness program in place, or even if you do, we encourage you to consider adding a financial wellness aspect to support and enhance your existing wellness program(s). We would love the opportunity to virtually visit your business, or once it is safe to do so in-person, to offer your employees this valuable information to help them reach their financial goals. Please contact our Financial Education Coordinator, Carrielyn Reynolds at Creynolds@newdimensionsfcu.com or (207) 872-2771 for more information. We look forward to meeting with you and your staff. Together we can make a difference.
