We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to delete your digital account. To make this process as simple and convenient as possible, we have outlined steps below to delete your account electronically.
Open the NDFCU Mobile Access (New Dimensions Federal Credit Union) App:
Confirmation:
After our staff processes your request, you will receive an email that your account has been successfully deleted.
If you wish to close your member account, please follow the same steps with changes to the Subject and message, respectively.
Alternatively, you may send an email to info@newdimensionsfcu.com and request to close your Digital Account, Member Account, or both. This method requires additional identification verification not required through the secure messaging option provided above.
By providing this option, we aim to ensure that you can manage your account in a convenient and accessible way.
All information we obtain for identification purposes will be retained by us for a period of five (5) years after closing your account in accordance with federal regulations that all financial institutions must adhere to. Your transaction information will also be retained for a period of up to one (1) year and then purged from our systems.
