What do I need to open a checking or savings account?

To open an account at New Dimensions FCU, you’ll need the following:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport)
  • Proof of your current address (for example, a utility bill or lease agreement, if different from your ID)
  • A minimum opening deposit of $25

Our team will guide you through the process to make it quick and simple.

How do I add or remove someone from my account?

  • Adding someone: You can add a joint owner by visiting any branch together. If you can’t come in at the same time, you may complete and sign a form that gives the person up to 2 weeks to stop by on their own to be added.
  • Removing someone: As the primary owner, you cannot directly remove a joint owner from your account. A joint owner may choose to remove themselves, but if they do not, the only option is to close the account and open a new one without them.

Our staff can walk you through the process and help you decide which option is best for your situation.

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your phone number, email, or mailing address by logging in to your online account or using your NDFCU mobile app. You can also update information by calling our Call Center AT (800) 326-6190 or by visiting any branch.
